I have been asked why I am supporting Jeff Schumacher for Circuit Judge.

Jeff and I have been friends for years and we consider each other as brothers. He is a great attorney and has 30 years of legal abilities and knowledge to bring to that office. Most importantly, he is the only candidate that has felony criminal law experience.

His opponent has NEVER handled a felony criminal case ever since she moved to this area and that is what the circuit court will oversee.

Jeff has been a prosecutor with John Estill’s office, he has judicial experience from when he finished Frank McCartney’s District Judge term, and he has represented criminal defendants in his law practice.

He is quite simply the most qualified candidate for the job and I urge everyone to vote for him on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
